The Katun Performance Software Solutions (PSS) are powerful tools for office equipment dealers to optimize their sales and service performance, and for the end user to reduce their overall print and print management costs.
Modular in design, web-based and hardware independent, the Katun PSS can be easily installed to analyze document workflow, capturing and assessing all copier/printer usage and real costs per page. This valuable data can pinpoint areas for effectively optimizing the usage and costs of the end-users’ printing/copying infrastructure.

Katun Performance Software Solutions represent significant technical advancements from existing solutions on the market today and delivers an all-in-one, fully integrated solution that supports most major copier and printer brands. Unlike individual solutions offered by multiple suppliers, Katun's PSS offers a single solution that addresses a full range of devices, from office printers and multi-function digital output devices up to high-speed printers in production environments. The new offering was developed with input from Katun's dealer network.

Reducing printing costs is a top priority to nearly every IT or finance manager, and the Katun Performance Software Solutions empower Katun authorized dealers to be a complete solution provider to their customer base. The Katun PSS can calculate printing costs precisely while measuring a customer's needs and defining what cost reduction options are possible.
Used as an evaluation analysis tool, the Katun PSS is an invaluable consulting tool in the sales process. A dealer can install Katun PSS on a customer's print network for a specific timeframe in order to demonstrate the software’s ability to precisely measure the customer’s system performance using the solution's built-in reporting system. The Katun PSS can accurately identify which systems are over-, under-, or inefficiently utilized, and this data can be a starting point for making cost-effective adjustments.
